class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Mix together your meat with the Chilli Powder, Cumin, Ground Coriander and Sugar. Mix thoroughly before flash frying in a sauce pan. Add your water, Tomato Passata and Tomato Puree. Cook for about 20 minutes or until halved in amount. Add chopped Jalapeno and Coriander and mix thoroughly. Spoon a healthy amount of filling into the tortillas and roll. Repeat this until all the tortilla wraps are filled. Pour over any remaining sauce and top with the cheeses.
